Ojai Botanika is an artisan small business located in Ojai, California. Our founder, Malina, started her journey of making soaps and botanical bath and body products when she was only 15 years old. Now 26, she has refined her craft with many unique formulations and designs inspired by the beauty and magic of nature.  Each creation is unique and artistically crafted with love.

Our luxurious, natural soaps and botanical soy candles are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Handcrafted in small-batches with quality organic oils and organic and locally-grown botanicals they are also free of parabens, phthalates, sulphates, harmful toxins and other nasties for products that are good for you and the planet!

Hi, I’m Malina! I handle all aspects of this little business: product design, product making, fulfillment, etc... I started my journey of creating natural bath and body products when I was 15 years old. My Mom’s an ecologist and ran a wellness center, so I grew up surrounded by plants, crystals, and all kinds of unique healing modalities. I also learned the importance of treating Mother Nature with love & respect. That led me to where I am today, finding inspiration for my artisan soaps in the beauty & magic of nature! When I started my business years ago, my goal was to create unique, artistic designs infused with positive vibes, botanicals, and wonderful scents to help uplift people. I’ve always had super sensitive skin, so my soaps are formulated to be gentle and nourishing, with the highest quality organic oils. My soy candles are all created with clean, non-toxic ingredients as well. Being kind to the earth was also essential, so all my products are 100% vegan & cruelty-free. Every day, I’m so, so grateful for all your love and support for my creations and I look forward to contiue creating for you!
