COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES:
There is currently a 5-7 business day processing time to ensure your soaps are packed safely. I will always do my best to get them shipped out as soon as possible! Orders will be shipped out via the USPS and there may or may not be some delays in their service (depending on where you live), due to the current situation. Please be patient with the USPS as they are currently going though a difficult time and orders can get delayed. Once your packages are shipped out from here and out of our hands, we are no longer responsible for any delayed or lost packages. Thank you for your understanding!
I have also opened up some International shipping again! If you're from outside the USA and place an order, please know that because of the current situation, orders could take weeks to be delivered. I'm sorry, this is not something we can control and once the orders are out of our hands, we are no longer responsible for delayed or lost packages. Please also note that due to the current situation, mail carriers are still not able to deliver to certain countries. Please see this list of the countries that we are NOT able to ship to at this time.
We typically ship US orders via USPS. This may require 2-8 business days for arrival, depending on what option you select. (Most options arrive in 2-3 days.) The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. This way you can ensure that you are only being charged for the exact amount it will cost to ship, with no extra charges!
As one of the options, we now offer discounted shipping via USPS First Class mail for small orders of 1 or 2 bars.
Our current turnaround time is 3 - 4 business days. Since our team consists of me (and family and friends during busy times), it may take us a little longer than some larger companies to prepare everyone's orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking info. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order!
